it's kind of a long story, but short version. the project i work on, was funded by the federal government. they cut the funding. me and my co-workers and all the rest of us across the contry lose our jobs. so it's been trying to wind down the project look for other sources of funding, look for another job. then there was some job shuffling around here, so i'll be staying where i am just doing something else.
this all started in novemebr when i was still on a leave of absence because of surgery.
