Penalties are only the beginning

Not a pairing I would have originally considered, but it works surprisingly well here. Really interesting mix of personalities & behaviours & unconscious tells. The way you write them, I could easily see them being far more long term than either of them is prepared to consider, and it's a fascinating concept.

Of course, now I want to see where it goes six months or two years down the line, but that's the curse of good fic...
