I don't mind telling you at all. First, I am huge Flames fan and sometimes it's hard to see past Dion's ego, but I think his ego is more of a defense mechanism (but not all of it). He has this image to live up to, this big brutish defensemen slash rock star image he's got going. I see him as a little more vulnerable then he is willing to admit, maybe a little unsure of himself. I think that there is definitely some sweetness to him, but there is also that big harsh 'I eat babies' quality to him too.
I hope that makes sense, Dion is definitely a mystery! I really do adore the boy. For me he's a fun character to write.
