yes I'd never seen them together either...matter of fact, besides my best friend's stories, I'd never seen ANY hockey fics before I started writing..but when she said she'd been writing Sabres pairing stories...the Ryan/Danny pairing popped into my head and wouldn't get out and slowly but surely, despite never seeing them in any stories but my own...I LOVED them :D

And yes, I must admit, Ryan can definitely be the oblivious type. I watch a LOT of Sabres (even on the offseason, on Youtube and their site lol) so I kinda learn the personality quirks after a while and I'm hoping that shows in my writing, so I'm glad you noticed.
